After a lot of experience with different gyms, I have decided to write a Top 3 List of why I love G:

1. G provides a welcoming community that focuses on developing your strength and stamina, and never engages in negative body shaming or emphasizes the need to exercise to get "a perfect bikini body".

2. Through the power and strength exercises, I have learned to move and do everyday activities much more easily----hiking, shoveling snow, lifting furniture.

3. I have actually becoming stronger in ways I never knew I could, and have finally met my goal of being able to do the monkey bars in the playground.
