Strength & Movement for Yogis is a workshop to help yogis get more from their practice and avoid some of Yoga's most common physical issues. We'll cover:

  • the most important movement patterns and how they pertain to you,
  • a few key movements to counter-balance a yoga practice, and
  • how to use the principles of Strength & Movement to deepen your experience on the mat.
